Lake Wales, FL — Playing a man down for nearly 80 minutes, Webber International Women's Soccer fell 4–1 to crosstown rival Warner on a Wednesday night SUN Conference matchup. A 12th-minute red card to Rikke Olufsen set up a penalty that the Royals converted, and Warner's Jessica Alejandre went on to score all four goals for the hosts. Tatum Moore pulled one back early in the second half for the Warriors, finishing a feed from Samantha Chitu in the 53rd minute.
Warner jumped ahead 1–0 at 11:39 on the penalty and doubled the lead six minutes later before Alejandre completed a first-half hat trick at 24:26. Despite being at 10 players, Webber created chances throughout, outshooting the Royals 19–15 (9–9 on target) and pressing after halftime with 13 shots in the second period. Inna Vannula kept Warner in front with eight saves, while Francesca Magnotti made five stops for Webber. Alejandre added her fourth in the 74th, assisted by Jaclyn Malagies, to close the scoring.
