BABSON PARK, Fla. (February 28, 2021) – The Webber International University women's soccer team won 2-0 in a Spring game against Edward Waters College on Sunday on the Warrior Grass Field.
Webber (5-9-1 overall) was coached by Assistant Coach

The first goal for the Warriors came from
Deborah Guillen from about 30 yards out in the 38th minute, and then the second goal came from
Sophia Kenny in the 75th minute.
Kenny led Webber with five total shots, three of which were on goal.
Savannah Heggen fired two shots both on goal, Guillen had two shots, and the remaining shot for the Warriors came from
Kennedy Fischer.
Zoe Melo had the assist on the goal by Guillen.
Despite scoring a goal in each half, Webber was also outshot in each period.
The Tigers outshot the Warriors 12-7 in the first half and 9-3 in the second half, but were unable to get one past the goalkeepers,
Cameron Laine and
Natalie Bartek. Laine recorded six saves in the first half before Bartek finished with seven saves in the second half.
