LAKE WALES, Fla. (November 8, 2021) – The Webber International University women's volleyball team traveled to Warner University to battle the Royals for their regular season finale. In the end, the Warriors won the final three sets of the match to win 3-1 (23-25, 25-17, 25-22, 25-18).

The Warriors (12-14 overall, 3-10 SUN) outhit the Royals (4-20, 0-13) .296 to .185 in terms of hitting percentage.

Bailey Sikkema finished the regular season with a bang after finishing the match with a season-high 21 kills on a .415 hitting percentage. She was followed by
Nadia Reid with 13 kills and
Kiersten Tisdale with eight.
Amanda Vega led the team with 29 assists while adding nine digs.
Ana Clara Araujo followed behind with 15 assists.

Emily Bowen led the team defensively with 17 digs, a season-high for her.
Kayce Kavanaugh finished close behind with 12 digs and Tisdale with 11.
Teodora Ranitovic finished with three total blocks while adding five kills to her credit.

Matt Geer spoke after the match saying, "I am so proud of this team and our program, we reset our goals at the tail end of the season and won three of our last four matches. They showed so much heart and fought so hard throughout a very difficult season. I want to say a big thank you to our four seniors for the dedication and hard work they put into building this team. We are lucky and thankful to have them as leaders."
