(November 7, 2019) – On the night of Wednesday, November 6, the Webber International University women's volleyball team fell 3-0 (25-18-25-12, 25-16) at the College of Coastal Georgia during its final road match of the 2019 season. Now, the Warriors will set their sights on Senior Day, which is set for Saturday, November 9, against Ave Maria University.
In the sweep against Coastal Georgia (18-8 overall, 11-4 The Sun Conference), Webber (7-18 overall, 3-12 TSC) was led by
Kalameli Matautia with six kills and five digs,
Svenja Koenig also with six kills but eight digs,
Madelyn Glouner with five kills and 11 digs,
Laura Embry with 11 assists and
Brianda Valdez with 10 helpers.
The matchup with Ave Maria on Saturday, which is set for 2 p.m. inside the Sabbagh Athletic Center, will represent the final home match for
