Box Score WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – Webber International University volleyball faced off with Keiser, Saturday afternoon, falling to the Seahawks, 3-0. Kaley Cox lead the Warrior offense with 12 kills, while Sophie Rossard tallied 23 assists and Michelle Calderon added 12 digs.

The Warriors fell behind, 17-7, early in the first set. A kill from freshman Sam Burton, helped energize Webber International, who began to trade points with Kieser. Unfortunately, the Warriors could not get back in the set, losing out, 25-13.

Webber International went point-for-point with the Seahawks in the second set. Down 16-15, the Warriors saw Keiser go on a five-point run, eventually taking the set, 25-19.

The Warrior struggled to gain a foothold early in the third set, falling behind 19-6. Two big kills from Cox and a few Seahawk errors put Webber International back in the set, cutting the lead to 18-15. Keiser pushed back, taking seven of the next point, winning the set, 25-19, and the match, 3-0.

Webber International is back in action, Tuesday, September 29 at 7 p.m. when they host Southeastern.
