DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – The Webber International University Warriors traveled to Daytona Beach to face off against the Embry-Riddle University Eagles in a 7:00 p.m. conference match. The Eagles outscored the Warriors 81-66 to win the game.
 
WIU fought hard in the first half but found themselves down by seven points at the break, 37-30. The Warriors would come out looking to improve and get a much needed conference win. The Eagles extended their lead in the second half and won 81-66.
 
Leading the Warriors on the court were: #1 Raymond Durant with 15 points, two assists, and one steal; and #4 Nate Morrell with 14 points, two assists and two steals.
 
The Warriors record moves to 8-19 overall and 4-12 in The Sun Conference.
 
The Warriors will return to action on Wednesday, February 19^th as they travel to Florida Memorial University starting at 7:00 p.m.
