JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Webber International University Warriors basketball team faced off against Edward Waters College Tigers looking to snap their losing streak. The Tigers had other plans as they defeated the Warriors 56-52 extending the Warriors losing streak to 0-6 for the season.
 
Leading the Warriors on the court were: Jovany Deceus with a double-double 17 points and 11 rebounds; Raymond Durant with 12 points, three assists, and two rebounds; Dewaine Lyals with six points and six rebounds; Maynard Rowe with six points and two rebounds; Nathaniel Morrell with four assists, two rebounds, and two points.
 
The Warriors record falls to 0-6 for the season.
 
Webber's men's basketball team will return to action on Friday, November 21^st as they host Florida National University in the Sabbagh Athletic Center starting at 7:00 p.m.
