BABSON PARK, Fla. – The Webber International University Warriors men's soccer team faced off against Southeastern University Fire on Webber Field at 4:30 p.m. The Warriors would defeat the Fire with a final score of 3-0.
The Warriors continue their winning ways by beating Southeastern 3-0. All goals were scored by
Fabian Egger, this was to be his 3
rd hat trick and his 14
th goal in the conference, which makes him the top goal scorer in the conference. It took 19 minutes for the Warriors to get on the score board when
Vicente Munoz crossed the ball in the box to find
Fabian Egger in the 6 yard box who managed to have time to turn and shot to beat Southeastern's keeper Josh Frame. The Warriors kept majority of the possession and Southeastern found it difficult to get behind the Warriors defense and at half time the score remained 1-0. The Warriors were quick to find themselves once again on the score board with only four minutes played in the second half when Thomas Niggl managed to run down the wing to beat Austin Welker to cross the ball to his fellow country man
Fabian Egger once again in the 6 yard box to put the ball in the back of the net.
Fabian Egger and Thomas Niggl must have felt they were having daja vu because a similar scenario happened in the 53
rd minutes for Fabian to score his 3
rd goal of the evening! This win now means that the Warriors are now guaranteed 3
rd place and will play the 6

The Warriors will return to action on October 30
th as they host Crooked Lake Rival Warner University for Senior Day and their last conference game starting at 3:30 p.m.
