Box Score BABSON PARK, Fla. – The Lady Warriors of Webber International University faced off against the Lady Warriors of Sterling College in the Sabbagh Athletic Center located on the campus of Webber International University.
In the first half the Lady Warriors from Webber started off the game strong ending the first half up by 10 with a score of 38-28.
Erin Henry led the Lady Warriors in the first half scoring an impressive 15 points and made three of four three point shots. Webber's ladies 38% field goals, 41% from beyond the arc, and 62% from the line in the first half.
The Sterling Lady Warriors came out of the locker room after the half and tied the Webber Lady Warriors with 16 minutes left in the game. The Webber Lady Warriors were able to hold off the Sterling Lady Warriors with a final score of 72-65.
The Lady Warriors of Webber record improves to 2-4 overall and the Lady Warriors from Sterling College record falls to 5-8 overall.
The Lady Warriors return to action on Tuesday, December 18
th, as they host Lindsey Wilson College in the Sabbagh Athletic Center with tip-off set for 5:00 p.m.
