MONGOMERY, Ala. – WIU women took on The University of Auburn Montgomery on Saturday at the Jimmy Faulkner Classic and they lost their second game of the tournament with the final score of 62-48. The lady Warriors fell to 0-2 in their first two games of the season going winless over the weekend. Leading the Warriors in their scoring attack was Jesenia Lora who totaled 14 points, 6 rebounds, 1 assist and 1 steal. Both Sarah Dileonardo and Jasmine Rodriguez chipped in 8 points apiece to a balance scoring attack. Both players also added 8 rebounds each in a losing effort.

The Lady Warriors travelled back to Florida after the games and they will prepare themselves for their next opponent. They will take on NCAA DII Florida Institute of Technology this Tuesday November 6 in Melbourne, Fla. Game time is set for 7:00 p.m.
