LAKELAND, Fla. – Webber International Men's Soccer team went to Lakeland on Saturday evening to face Southeastern University and came out the game with a tied score of 1-1.

Both teams are fighting for playoff position as the season dwindles down. Scoring for WIU was Fabian Egger. Goalkeeper Matthew Brust had 4 saves for the Warriors.  WIU and Southeastern University is currently in 8^th place and 9^th place respectively. Only 8 teams qualify for postseason play so the next game for Webber is crucial as they attempt to make the final playoff spot.

The Warriors will take on cross town rival Warner University in their conference finale this coming Wednesday in Lake Wales, Florida. Start time of the game is 7:00 p.m.  The Warriors are 5-7-2 overall and 2-5-2 in the conference.
