AVE MARIA, Fla. – In a must win game situation for the Warriors Men's Soccer Team, the WIU squad rallied together to escape Ave Maria with a 2-0 victory.

Both teams needed a win as the regular season draws near but it was WIU that came out with the win, thanks to crucial goals from Fabian Egger and Mark Araujo. Egger who also had an assist has been playing well for the Warriors as of late and he has been a much needed spark to the team that has been struggling on offence.  WIU is in position to clinch a playoff berth with another conference win. They are set to take on Southeastern University this Saturday when they travel to Lakeland. The match is schedule to begin at 7:00 p.m.
