Babson Park, Fla. – Just a day after a difficult loss to Florida Memorial University the Lady Warriors' rallied together and put up a strong fight against Northwood University. The Lady Warriors' traveled to Palm Beach, Florida to win their first conference game 72-68.

Leading the Warriors on the court was Nikki King who posted another double double scoring 23 point and 14 rebounds. Also assisting the Lady Warriors was Shambrika Tomlin with 17 points. This win makes the Warriors' record 2-8 and 1-1 in The Sun Conference.

The Lady Warriors return to action at home on Tuesday, January 11, at 7:00 p.m. against their Crooked Lake rival Warner University.
