Babson Park, Fla. - The Warriors suffered a hard conference loss against Embry Riddle University on Wednesday night, 81-51.
It was evident that the Eagles came to play at their home court when they took the first half by thirteen points while only allowing the Warriors to tie the game once. Although the Warriors fought hard the were Eagles were able to outscore and take further control of the game that resulted in the loss 81-51.
The loss makes the Warriors 9-9 and 4-5 in The Sun Conference. Embry Riddles' record is now 20-2 and 8-1 in The Sun Conference.
The Warriors return to their home court on Saturday, January 29, at 7 p.m. against St. Thomas University. This game will also be hosted as the coaches vs. cancer game with all proceeds going to the local cancer society.
