Babson Park, Fla. – Webber's men's basketball team had another tough conference loss to Ave Maria University on the road 62-55.
The Warriors were trailing Ave Maria University going into the half down by nine points. Ave Maria University took control of the game in the second half and extended their lead to as much as 12 points over the Warriors. The Warriors rallied at the end of the game to come within 7 points losing 62-55.
Leading the Warriors on the court was Luke Marlar with 11 points. Also, Junior Geidi and
Marvin Williams assisted the Warriors effort with 8 points each. This loss makes the Warriors' record 6-7 and 2-3 in The Sun Conference.
The Warriors return to action on Wednesday, January 12th, at 7:00 p.m. at Edward Waters College.
