Babson Park, Fla. – The Lady Warriors defeated Trinity College on Saturday September 18, 2010 in three improving their overall record to 5-2.

 

It took the Lady Warriors 3 games (25-22; 25-18; 25-16) to overpower the Tigers. The ladies added another victory to their overall record going 5-2 in the start of their season and 1-1 in The Sun Conference. Leading the way were Heather Allhouse, Sophie Zillmann, Ashley Wolf, and Leyla Lloyd.

 

The Lady Warriors overall had 33 kills, 25 assists, 10 service aces, with 63 digs, and they had 7 blocks.

 

Allhouse had 8 kills, 2 serve aces, and 4 block assists. Zillmann had 1 kill, 23 assists, 2 serve aces, and 5 digs. Wolf had 6 kills, 1 serve ace3 digs, and 5 big blocks. Lloyd had 2 serve aces and 17 digs.

 

Webber International University will be traveling to Lakeland, Fla. for a Pre-Season Conference Tournament this Friday and Saturday September 24 & 25, 2010.
