Miami, Fla. - The Warriors picked up a much needed win on Saturday, defeating Florida Memorial by a goal to nil.

Javier De La Cruz with a perfect opportunity to pounce, as Coach Cockburn's Spanish acquisition leapt above the Lion's defense and headed the ball into the back of the net.
The game was one that could have gone either way, but the Warrior's held on for the all important victory.
Webber now sit 6th in the Sun Conference and are scheduled to face Embry Riddle on Wednesday.
Coach Cockburn said, “Hard work eventually pays off, which the boys demonstrated against Florida Memorial. We now enter several must-win scenarios if we are to secure our place in the playoffs.”
