Season: 2021 will be his first season as Head Coach at Webber
Erik Casterline re-joined Webber International University in March 2021, and he will begin his first season as the Head Women's Soccer Coach for the Warriors during the 2021 season.
Casterline previously worked at Webber as the Warriors Assistant Women’s Soccer Coach during the 2019 season before accepting a position at NCAA Division-III Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota (Winona, Minn.) as an assistant men’s soccer coach.
Before his first stint at Webber, Casterline worked as the Director of Operations for the NCAA Division-I High Point University (High Point, N.C.) men's soccer program, where he was a part of a program at High Point that in 2018, enjoyed its most successful season in school history finishing as the Big South Regular Season Conference Champions while also qualifying for its first NCAA Tournament berth and becoming the first High Point team to even host an NCAA tournament game. Coach Casterline and the rest of the High Point staff were named as the United Soccer Coaches Association "Staff of the Year" for the South Region.
Casterline graduated from Frostburg State University (Frostburg, Md.) in 2017 with a degree in liberal studies and a minor in communication. He was the men's soccer team captain at Frostburg.
After graduating, Casterline played professional soccer in the NPSL for Electric City Shock in Scranton, Pennsylvania. It was there were Casterline was again named team captain and was also selected as one of the top 19 players in the Northeast region and for the NPSL Professional Showcase in Los Angeles, California. Casterline helped his team advance to the first playoff berth in club history and best record in club history in 2017. Casterline also has professional soccer playing experience in Denmark and in Sweden.

- Scottish F.A. 1.3 license
- UEFA “C” license (in progress)
- League Managers Association “Creating a Culture of Excellence” Diploma
