Accolades: Five Team National Championships (2013 and 2014 NAIA National Champions; 2010, 2012 and 2016 ITC National Champions); Won a national championship in the team’s inaugural season in 2010; 2017 NAIA Women's Bowling Coach of the Year

Randy was on deck with the Webber women's bowling team when they won the ITC National Championship in their inaugural season in 2010. He also coached the women to another ITC title and NAIA Championship runner-up finish in 2012, followed by back-to-back NAIA Championships in 2013 and 2014. The Warriors took home another ITC Championship in 2016 followed by a runner-up finish in 2017.

Also in 2017, Coach Stoughton was named the NAIA Women's Bowling Coach of the Year.

Stoughton has over 40 years of industry experience, with his background including: regional sales manager for Ebonite, tour representative for both the PBA and PWBA touring professionals; and Program Development for pro shop education information presented by Ebonite. He is a top level pro shop technician. He has laid out more than 100,000 balls for most of the game's top players. His coaching experience includes group and private lessons with players of all skill levels from around the world.
