Smith is a former member of the Florida A&M University "Marching 100".  He performed in the Marching 100 from 1999 – 2003, and is currently an Alumni Member.  He recently traveled to New York City with the Florida A&M band for a performance at Carnegie Hall.  He has been involved in Super Bowl, College Bowl games, and the Grammy Awards in helping choreograph, wardrobe, and building alliances within the music and entertainment industry.
 
"This is a dream come true for me," stated Smith.  "I truly appreciate the opportunity that Mr. Heath and Webber International University has given me," added Smith.
 
Smith has many organizational alliances that he is involved with.  They are: President of Young Men for Christ, member of NAACP, Inc., Director for Ritz Theatre 100 Inc., Music Coordinator – Chain of Lakes Achievers (COLA), Music Director of Florida Memorial University Baptist Youth Camp and Director of orchestra and band at the National Baptist Convention of America International Inc.
