BABSON PARK, Fla. – The Webber International University cheerleading team signed local Polk County standout Katelyn McDaniel this weekend. McDaniel is expected to join the Warriors cheerleading squad this coming 2013 fall semester. McDaniel is originally from Whitesburg, Georgia but currently resides in Frostproof, Florida.

Katelyn McDaniel is presently a senior at Frostproof High. She has been a member of the cheerleading team for the past six years. She also served as Junior Cheerleading Captain.

McDaniel plans to major in Sport Management and her dream is to become Athletic Director of Frostproof High School. Coach Genifer Redmon and Yini Schreiber are excited to have Katelyn McDaniel join the team this fall.
