James Delgado, C/O 2009 MBA, was recognized as First Year Teacher of the Year for Osceola High School, in Kissimmee Florida. Only one new teacher from each school in Osceola County is recognized, and we are quite proud that a Webber Alum was selected. 

 

James teaches ESE (Special Education) at the High School and Coaches football as well. In his first year teaching he has found favor amongst much of the Faculty and Staff, and has proven to be a valuable asset to their organization. 

 

When asked about the recognition Delgado said, “It's quite the honor, only one teacher selected from the entire school, but the truth is I was not expecting it. I simply do what I know to do; I dedicate my efforts towards coaching those kids to succeed in school and most importantly life.”

 

James Delgado received his Bachelor's Degree from Webber in Finance, and worked as a Graduate Assistant with football, while earning his Master's Degree in Sports Management.
