DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – The Sun Conference cross country coaches have chosen SCAD-Savannah to win the program's second straight league title, voting the Bees first in the conference's pre-season poll.  The poll was voted upon by eleven of the league coaches.  SCAD received seven first place votes and 96 total points in the poll. 
 
Webber International University was voted in at 5^th place with 61 points.  Coach Jim Simpson said, "We appreciate the coaches thinking we will be in the top 50% of our conference, but I'm counting on our runners stepping up and finishing higher than expected."
 
The 2014 Sun Conference Championship will take place November 8^th in West Palm Beach, Florida.  The conference champion earns an automatic bid to the NAIA National Championships in Lawrence, Kansas, on November 22^nd.
