Babson Park, Fla. – The Webber International University basketball team placed 6 players on The Sun Conference 2010 Men's and Women's Basktetball Academic All-Conference Team.
For the Warriors, the following student athletes were honored:
Tyler Hoevenaar, junior from Orlando, Florida;
Luke Marlar, junior from Middleburg, Florida; and Halston Schaffer, senior from Ocala, Florida.
For the Lady Warriors the following students were honored: Natasha Dillnut, junior from England;
Stacia Jo Hill, freshman from Crestwood, Kentucky; and
Angelica Pennington, freshman from Orange Park, Florida.
“I'm very proud of all these student-athletes and pleased that they have been honored for their efforts on the academic side,” stated Athletic Director,
Bill Heath.
