Babson Park, Fla. – Lady Warriors' tennis player, Lauren Brink, was named to the first team of The Sun Conference Women's Tennis All Conference team.

Brink, a freshman from Germany, played #1 singles and doubles for WIU this season. She posted a 17-3 record at #1 singles for the Lady Warriors during the 2010 season.

“Lauren is a special young lady with an awesome personality and she has a real knack for figuring her opponents out,” stated Coach Bill Heath, “and she is a very consistent and tenacious player during a match.”

“Lauren is, also, an A student in the classroom and is a perfect example of the term, student-athlete,” added Heath.
